Refund policy

Every Assoula bottle is made with care, and we want yours to be just right. If you'd like a refund, here's all we ask:

• Reach out within 3 days of delivery to start your return.
• Return shipping is kindly arranged and paid by you.
• On arrival, it should look as good as new: box undamaged, no more than 5% used, and the label clean with no oil on the sticker.

A small 20% restocking fee applies to refunds. We hope you understand. Assoula is a small business built by two people who pour real heart into every bottle, and this little fee helps us cover the costs of getting each returned product checked, cleaned, and ready again. We're here out of passion, not just profit, and your kindness keeps that passion alive.

Once your bottle reaches us safely in its original condition, the rest of your refund is on its way. A little care on the journey back lets us take care of you.
